Global Citizenship School
On the 31st May, four children from Mrs Galvin's first class went to the Mansion House with Mrs. Ryan to listen to President Michael D.Higgins speak to 100 guests from all over Ireland about the importance of being a good global citizen. Dylan Carroll, Emily Pesak, Jykkah Awing and Lewis White told all the guests that "If we all co-operate, the world will be a better place for me and you and everybody". What a wonderful message, we are all so proud of these four children and all of the pupils in Clonburris who do so much to "be the change in the world"
Magnificent Murals!
Murals were painted on the senior yard wall by various classes with assistance from the 'Down to Earth' theatre company. A welcome addition to our school!
