Health & Wellbeing Week - Tallaght Stadium
On Monday 18th September, 20 children from Sixth Class attended the launch of Wellbeing Week in Tallaght Stadium. They learned that it is important to keep both our body and mind fit and healthy.
6th class tried out sports such as cricket, soccer and frisbee! At the end everyone took part in a group Zumba dance. It was so much fun!
Our pupils also met the Mayor of South Dublin, Paul Gogarty. He encouraged them to try lots of sports that they have never tried before. Wellbeing encourages the development of healthy thinking, eating and exercise.
